Red Ball Drills®
Revolutionary and unique in the crisis management and preparedness industry.
Differentiator
Experior Group Inc. is the creator of Red Ball Drills (RBD), the only US Dept. of Homeland Security SAFETY Act designated crisis management training program.
- →The program is trauma-free, live, and site-specific, with no interruptions to daily operations and no loss of work hours.
- →Clients include police departments, major league sports, Fortune 100 companies, hospitals, schools, manufacturing/distribution facilities, Native American tribal facilities, houses of worship, esports, and critical infrastructure.

The Drills Are Conducted
In Three Distinct Phases
Document Review
In Phase One, we perform a comprehensive desktop review of relevant safety and security documentation. This may include (but not limited to) crisis management plans, environmental health and safety policies, business continuity plans, Title IX/Clery Act Standards, specific law-enforcement policies, and joint commission standards for health care facilities.

Site Familiarization
In Phase Two, the Red Ball Drills uses proprietary methodology to gain a deep understanding of organizational culture to better understand internal processes. At the end, pertinent scenarios for Phase Three are designed by the client to address their specific needs. Prior to Phase Three, a memo describing the agreed-upon scenarios is provided.

The Red Ball Drills
Phase Three is where the empowerment begins. The RBD team approaches a participant and produces a red ball, which acts as an engagement tool to indicate that the exercise has begun. Red Ball Drills give participants a voice to discuss processes based on their subject matter expertise. RBD team members do not impart their wisdom. Instead, RBD methodology facilitates discussions within a given organization, which then leads to process improvement. This provides critical updates to existing policies.

Deliverables
A complete write-up of all findings will typically be provided within 10 working days of the completion of Phase Three. The report focuses on observations and recommendations from all three phases, as well as a list of specific scenarios that were conducted. The time horizon from Phase One to submission of deliverables is approximately 15 business days.
